The Waikerie Children’s Centre is a rural integrated site located in Waikerie providing exciting opportunities for children and their families.
The centre offers Long Day Care, Playgroup and a government funded preschool.
Our dynamic curriculum and environment allows children of all ages to integrate together.
We welcome all enquiries for care and preschool and would love you to come and visit us.

Session Times
Our preschool sessions operate from Monday to Thursday.

Parent Information
Our parent handbook contains all the information that is needed
for your child to begin their time at the centre in childcare or
preschool.
Our policies are on display within the centre and are available for
parents to view at any time.
Basic policies such as suncare, nutrition, fee payment, illnesses and basic information are contained within our handbook. Our integrated centre is fortunate to have a policy committee that reviews policies for the whole centre.
On inquiry parents and caregivers will be given an enrolment pack that contains child-care and preschool enrolment forms and will be shown through the centre.

Playgroup Information
Playgroup is run by parents in our preschool room with all families coming along to enjoy the activities that have been set up and then helping to pack them away.
It is a great place for everyone to have fun while mixing with other parents and children in a safe and friendly environment.
Session time- Friday 10.00 to 11.30am
Cost - $2.50 per child per session plus a once a year insurance fee on application.
Children are to bring along a piece of fruit to share.

Occasional Care
Child care sessions are available Monday to Friday.
Morning session: 7.45am to 12.45pm
Afternoon session: 12.45pm to 5.45pm
